On 24 September, LA Events was at the DoubleTree hotel at Stadium MK, helping bring a milestone celebration together with lighting, a white crystal dance floor, illuminated “70” numbers and our photo booth.
Behind the scenes
Our involvement started before the celebrations began. Leigh helped build the set and install the lighting, working on the setup that would form the backdrop to the event.
LA Events supplied the large illuminated “70” numbers and white crystal dance floor. Against the purple lighting, these created a striking focal point for the room and a setting for the celebration.
125 photo booth pictures
Alongside the event setup, we supplied the photo booth, with 125 photos taken during the event. The branded photo design featured NICEIC’s “70 Years” artwork, tying the pictures into the occasion.
It was a chance to bring several parts of our service together—from helping with the build and lighting to supplying the dance floor, illuminated numbers and photo booth.
