LA Events provides corporate event entertainment and practical event support across Milton Keynes, Northampton and surrounding areas. We work with organisers and venues on conferences, awards evenings, product launches, staff parties and company celebrations.

Choose the services your event needs, including clear audio for presentations, atmospheric lighting, professional DJ hire, corporate photo booth hire and white crystal dance floor hire. We coordinate setup and timings with your venue to help the event run smoothly.

Choose Digital Photobooth for photos sent to guests’ phones, or Premium Printed Photobooth for physical prints, props and supervision by an LA Events staff member. Both can be booked alongside your corporate DJ and dance floor.

Leigh is your direct point of contact as we discuss the brief and practical arrangements. For larger projects, we assess the location, size, complexity, technical requirements and available resources. We can coordinate suitable work using our own resources and trusted suppliers, or work alongside suppliers you have already appointed. The agreed scope reflects what your project needs and what we can provide.

The planning reflects the event. We’ll discuss access, the setup window, positioning, your running order and coordination with the venue and other suppliers where needed. Larger, more complex setups can take around three hours, so agreeing the practical details early matters.

We can supply PAT testing and Public Liability Insurance documentation before the event when your venue requires it. On arrival, Leigh checks the working area and equipment positioning, including keeping fire exits and fire doors clear.

Corporate evenings can need a different musical start from a family party. If guests have spent the day together in meetings or presentations, they may be ready for higher-energy music sooner. Leigh adapts to the event and the room rather than applying the same timeline to every booking.

A milestone for Leigh was DJing corporate Christmas events at the NEC during Christmas 2025, alongside VIVID and Reactor Events. The work ran repeatedly from late November until a few days before Christmas, with audiences of around 2,500 people.

LA Events has a long-standing preferred-supplier relationship with DoubleTree by Hilton Milton Keynes at Stadium MK, with several years of corporate event work and annual MK Marathon entertainment across multiple DJ positions.
